Booking and payment are completed securely online through the booking calendar when you reserve your trailer.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.

Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.

No special license is required for personal use towing.

Yes. Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee.

Yes. Delivery and pickup must be scheduled in advance.

No. Times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, previous rentals or other circumstances.

Yes. The customer or an authorized representative must be present at delivery, unless otherwise approved by Rent Nd Roll LLC.

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, legal, level and reasonably accessible location for placement of the trailer.

Yes. Rent Nd Roll LLC reserves the right to refuse delivery or placement if the location, driveway, road, gate, terrain, overhead clearance, ground conditions or surrounding area is considered unsafe or may cause damage to the trailer, tow vehicle, property or surrounding area.

Yes. Before delivery, the customer is responsible for identifying underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, soft ground, low-clearance structures, gates, landscaping or other hazards.

Yes. The customer authorizes Rent Nd Roll LLC to enter the property for delivery and pickup.

Rent Nd Roll LLC will make reasonable efforts to place the trailer at your requested location. However, exact placement is not guaranteed when conditions make it unsafe or impractical.

Delivery may be considered failed if it cannot be completed because of inaccurate information, inaccessible property, locked gates, unsafe conditions, customer absence or other conditions within the customer's control.

If delivery cannot be completed for the reasons above, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
